Q: Do I Need To Register To Buy From Raintopia?

A: Absolutely not, you are more that welcome to browse and buy as a guest.  Members however, can benefit from discounts and other promotions.

Q: How Do I Register For An Account?

A: Please visit the top of the page or click ‘Sign Up’ and enter a few details.  We will then send you confirmation of your membership via email.

Q: I’ve Forgotten My Password, What Do I Do?

A: No problem, just click on ‘Log In’ and then ‘Forgot your Password’.  An email will be sent to you with further instructions.

Q: Can I Buy Now and Come back Later To Pay?

A: Yes you may, but we would prefer you to pay as soon as you order.  Please contact us if you would like any more info.

 

Delivery

 

Q: How Much Does Delivery Cost?

A: Delivery is free for the UK and is the default.  We do, however, offer various expedited shipping options for if you would like your order even faster.  All shipping overseas carries a minimum charge of £2.30.

Q: How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

A: Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of purchase.  Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class-   3-5 working days.
  • Royal Mail 1st Class -                2-3 working days.
  • International Orders-                  5-20 days.

Q: What If My Order Fails To Arrive In This Time Frame?

A: If your order runs late, please contact us and we will do our very best to help.

Q: Can I Collect My Order From Your Premises?

A: We are purely an online shop so collection is not possible.  However, exceptions can be made.  Please contact us for more info.

 

Returns

 

Q: I Would Like To Return My Order, What Do I Do?

A: If you would like to return your order to us, please email us first and let us know and we will send you all the relevant information.  Our full returns policy can be found here.

Q: How Long Before I Receive My Refund?

A:  Refunds are processed as soon as we receive your order back to us and take a day or two to show up in your account.  We will contact you if we encounter any problems after checking. 

Q: Do I Have To Pay The Shipping Costs For Returning My Order?

A: We will only refund shipping costs if your order has arrived faulty or damaged in the post.

Q: Can I swap my order for another?

A: It may be possible to swap your order if it is unopened and still has all tags present.  Please contact us for more information.
